Santa speaks English, Polish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Romanian, Portuguese, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Croatian, and Slovenian. Write your message in the language you choose for him. It can be different from the website’s language.

Yes. Santa’s voice and picture are generated with AI from the text you write. No real person records it. Every video file is also marked as made with AI: how we mark our videos and how to check one.

Santa uses the text you provide. Unusual names can sound different; spelling them the way they sound in Santa’s language can help (Niamh › Neev). While you type, the order form points out letters and symbols he might not say correctly.

We use your message, email and optional photo to create and deliver the video. The original photo is normally deleted when the video is made. The watch link expires after 90 days, then active order content is purged. Deleted message and email data can remain in restricted backups for up to another 30 days. Support, provider copies and legal records have separate retention periods explained in the Privacy Policy.

From any EU country and from the United States. In the US you pay in US dollars. In the EU, prices are shown in your country’s currency, VAT included, and under the prices you can switch to any of our EU currencies: EUR, PLN, CZK, HUF, RON, DKK, SEK. We can’t take orders from other countries, such as the UK or Switzerland.

All major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus your country’s own way to pay where there is one: BLIK in Poland, iDEAL | Wero in the Netherlands, Bancontact in Belgium, EPS in Austria and MobilePay in Denmark and Finland. Payment is handled by Stripe, a secure payment provider; we never see your card details.

We don’t offer a free self-service version. Standard videos start at €8.99, with no subscription.

If the video doesn’t arrive or doesn’t match your text, write to us and we’ll fix it or refund you. Changed your mind? Until we email you the link to your video, you can withdraw from the order for a full refund: withdraw from the contract.

Premium gives you twice the space for your message. Both options include the same Christmas scenes, language choices and optional photo. The time shown is for Santa speaking; the opening, closing and optional photo scenes add to the full video.

About 2 min with Standard and 2.5 min with Premium: Christmas scenes before and after up to 30 or 60 seconds of Santa speaking your message. A photo adds a few seconds. It’s a Full HD (1080p) MP4 video with sound that plays on phones, tablets and computers.

Yes, a photo is optional and included in both options. Santa holds your photo just before he speaks. The picture stays still. You choose the crop when ordering. He won’t describe the photo, so include anything you’d like him to say in your message.

Yes. Your watch link works for 90 days after ordering. Download the MP4 within that time to keep your own copy and share it with family and friends.
